Behaviour Matters was founded with a vision to help parents, carers and teachers develop their skills to handle children’s behaviour in an encouraging and respectful manner and, by doing so, promote positive relationships in schools and at home. Becky and Leanne have been working with parents and school staff for over fourteen years. They are both trained and qualified to deliver a range of parenting courses. Using their background knowledge, together with the experience gained from working with hundreds of families over the years, they have developed and written a range of courses for Behaviour Matters. They also work with a number of Local Authorities delivering training to staff, as well as providing a consultancy service.
