We provide a variety of courses for school staff, ranging from Attachment Awareness to Using a Restorative Approach. Our sessions focus on positive behaviour management strategies, looking at brain development and what’s driving the behaviour, in order that staff can be proactive, rather than reactive.

In order to achieve a whole school restorative ethos, we recommend training the pupils in peer mediation, alongside the staff restorative training.
We also offer a range of parenting sessions to help parents manage their children’s behaviour, as well as assist their children’s learning.
