Consultancy Service

We offer a consultancy service to local authorities and other organisations. We worked intensively with two London Local Authorities on the SEND reforms, writing and providing training to their multi-agency staff to effectively manage the changes. We wrote the Parental Engagement Strategy for Southwark and headed up the parental consultation aspect of the reforms, including developing Southwark’s EHCPs.  

We also provide supervision for Children Centre Staff and Family Workers.
